We mostly focus on helping people go on their pilgrimages, especially the ones headed to the different temples in the mountains. It’s a specific kind of travel where people aren't looking for luxury but just need a reliable way to get to their destination and back. We spend a lot of time talking to elders who want to go on a yatra. The office on Railway Road is where we sit and figure out the routes and where the buses will stop for food and rest. It’s a busy street, so there’s always noise coming in from outside. We have a lot of notebooks filled with names and dates for upcoming trips. It isn't a high-tech setup; we just use the phone and our local contacts to make sure there’s a place to stay at each stop. Sometimes the roads are blocked by landslides, and we have to spend hours on the phone rearranging everything. It’s stressful but rewarding when the group comes back safe. We don't use any fancy marketing. People come to us because we’ve been doing this for years and we know the routes well. It’s just us, some chairs, and a lot of planning for the next trip.
