Dhasmana Exim Traders Pvt. Ltd. is based out of 55 Shakti Vihar Adhoiwala. It’s a bit of a residential area mixed with some business, so it’s usually pretty quiet around here. We’ve got a small team. Most of us live nearby, which makes the commute easy. We do trading and export-import work, which basically means a lot of time spent on computers and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait it out, but that’s just life. Adhoiwala is a nice spot, though the roads can get a bit crowded during rush hour. Our building at 55 Shakti Vihar isn't anything special, but it’s ours and it serves its purpose. We keep a lot of records in big filing cabinets because some of the old ways still work better for us. It's not the kind of place where you'll see people in suits. We are more about getting the shipping containers organized and making sure the paperwork matches up. It’s a lot of detail work. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s already dark outside. But we like the rhythm of it. Dealing with international trade from a local spot like Shakti Vihar feels interesting. We’ve built some good relationships over the years just by being consistent. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get the crates on the trucks. Sometimes we have a bit of a mess on the floor with packing tape, but it gets cleaned up eventually.
