Birahi Ganga Hydro Power Ltd.

We operate out of Madhu Kunj in Rajeshwar Nagar, Phase 1. Birahi Ganga Hydro Power is the name on the door. It’s a bit of a quiet area, which is nice for getting work done. We deal with the hydro power side of things, so there’s a lot of technical planning and monitoring that goes on here. The office is tucked away, so it’s not somewhere you just stumble upon. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s mostly just us and our computers and a few maps on the wall. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people who know us are in the industry. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the regulations. It’s a steady pace. Sometimes we have to head out to the sites, but this is where the main coordination happens. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make lunch. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular building where we do our business. We aren't into fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk across the room to each other. It’s a practical way to run a hydro power company. We like the neighborhood. It’s peaceful enough most days. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes and get on with the day's tasks as they arrive on our desks.
