You can find Sabhyata Nidhi Limited over near Chaudhary Farm, specifically House No 47 in the Shivpuri area of Nakronda. Dehradun has grown a lot lately, but our corner stays pretty much the same. We’re out here where it’s a bit more open, away from the main city rush. The office is basically just a room where we keep our records and meet with people from the neighborhood. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There’s usually a bit of dust on the porch because of the road, but we sweep it every morning. We deal with the day-to-day tasks of a Nidhi company, which means a lot of manual entries and double-checking the figures. Our neighbors at the farm are good people, and we often see them going about their business while we’re at our desks. It feels more like a community house than a strict business office sometimes. We don’t go in for fancy marketing or big promises. We just tell people what the situation is and help them with their paperwork. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us drinking tea and staring at a ledger. It’s a steady life and we like being part of the Nakronda landscape. We’ve built some good relationships with the families around here just by being consistent and staying in one place. No big secrets, just regular work for regular people on a daily basis.
