Rvac Facility Managaement is located right inside The City Junction Mall. We are very close to the Isbt, which makes it a busy area to be in. We take care of buildings and make sure everything is functioning like it should. This includes cleaning, maintenance, and keeping the lights on. Being in a mall means there’s always something to do. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. We have a small office where we handle the logs and the staff assignments. It’s not a glamorous job, but buildings need care. People often walk by our door while they are shopping or heading to the bus station. We’ve been at this for a while. The proximity to the Isbt helps with getting our workers to and from the site. We don't have a flashy website or big slogans. We just focus on the pipes, the floors, and the general upkeep. It’s practical work. Every day is different because you never know what might break next. We try to keep things organized despite the chaos of a busy mall. Our team knows the ins and outs of facility care. We are just a local team doing the maintenance work that people often forget about until it doesn't happen. It’s honest work and we stay busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes the mall gets very loud, but we just focus on the task list and get it done. It's just how we operate.
