Our office for Reveriee Homes And Motels Privatelimited is located in the Shivalik Greens Residential Complex. We are in Apartment 2A on the fifth floor of Block 2, right on the main Mussoorie Road. Being in a residential building means we see a lot of our neighbors coming and going every day. It’s a bit different from a standard office block but we like the feeling of it. From up on the fifth floor, you can see the traffic moving towards the hills. Mussoorie Road is always packed with tourists and locals alike. We started this business because we wanted to offer something different in terms of places to stay. We have a small team and we handle everything from the bookings to the maintenance ourselves. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when multiple things happen at once. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the homes and motels we manage are clean and that everything works as it should. Some days we spend hours on the phone with electricians or painters. It isn't always easy working out of an apartment, but it keeps our costs down and lets us stay close to the properties. We’re just regular people trying to build something that lasts here in the Dehradun area.
