Himalayan Connect

So we are based out of Rajpur Road, specifically in the Jakhan area. If you know the neighborhood, it is a busy spot. Himalayan Connect is basically just a few of us who know the local routes and the hills around here pretty well. We aren't a big corporation with fancy lobbies or anything like that. Most days the office just smells like tea and old maps. People come in to ask about getting to the higher altitude spots or just to find a reliable driver for the weekend. We have been doing this for some time now, and we know which roads get blocked when it rains and where the best tea stalls are. It is not always smooth, sometimes the weather messes up the plans or the cars need fixing, but we handle it as it comes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, mostly just people finding out about us through word of mouth or seeing our small sign while they are walking down the main road. It is a simple setup we have here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at schedules on the whiteboard. It gets a bit chaotic during the peak season when everyone wants to head up north at the same time, but we just try to keep things moving. We like being in Jakhan because everything is close by and we can see the weather changing over the mountains from the doorstep.
