Rajesaheb Nidhi Limited is located at 9/1907 Prashant Nagar, right in the Khatibi area. We’re near Shanti Niketan and the Shikshak Colony. It’s a nice residential part of town, which makes it a comfortable place to work. We started this because we saw a need for something local. We aren't a big bank with hundreds of rules. We just follow the guidelines and help our members out. The office is pretty simple. We’ve got some tables, some chairs, and our ledger books. We spend a lot of time talking to the teachers and families who live in the Shikshak Colony. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't use any of that corporate talk that makes people feel confused. We just explain things clearly, man to man or woman to woman. Our staff is small, so you always know who you’re talking to when you come in. We’ve stayed in Prashant Nagar because it’s where our roots are. We don't want to move to a big commercial center. We like being where people live. It makes the whole thing feel more like a community project than a business. We just do our best to stay organized and helpful for anyone who joins us. It’s a steady job and we’re happy to be doing it right here. No need for anything more complicated than that. We just open up and wait for folks to visit.
