Our setup is over at B-4 in the Sara Industrial Estate, which is out in Selaqui. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but the air is a bit better out here near the hills. We deal with herbs and health products, so the warehouse usually smells like dried leaves and different spices. It’s a big space with high ceilings. We spend a lot of time packing things and checking the quality of the raw materials that come in. Selaqui is a busy industrial hub, but once you get inside our gates, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines or people talking. We have workers who have been with us since the start. It’s not a fancy office. Most of the space is for production and storage. We have a small staff room where we eat lunch. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in this area, so we have a generator to keep things moving. Planet Herbs Lifesciences isn't a huge name you see on billboards, we just do our work and ship things out. The winters here get quite cold, so we all wear heavy jackets while we work in the morning. It’s an honest living. We focus on the plants and the processing. There’s always a lot of dust from the road outside, so we’re constantly cleaning. It’s just how it is working in an industrial estate.
