Perfect Growth Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is based out of E-121 Raj Villa in Saket Colony, Ajabpur Kalan. It is more of a residential area, so it feels quite different from a typical business district. We converted part of the villa into our workspace, which means it feels a bit like a home. There are computers set up on tables and wires running along the floor in some places. We work on various marketing projects for different clients, mostly sitting at our desks and making calls. It isn't a silent office by any means. There is usually a lot of chatting and the sound of keyboards clicking away. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and lunch. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows. It is a relaxed environment, though we do have a lot of work to get through most days. We don't wear suits or follow strict corporate rules here. People show up, do their tasks, and we try to keep things moving forward. It is just a small group of us trying to make a living by helping businesses get noticed. We have a few files piled up in the corners and some whiteboards with scribbles on them. It is a practical setup that suits the kind of work we do every day in Dehradun.
