Peramount Polytex Private Limited is situated out in the Nand Nagar Industrial Estate. It is located in a place called Mahuakhera Ganj which is part of Kashipur. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by a lot of other sheds, warehouses, and small factories. It is not exactly a quiet place to work. There are heavy trucks moving in and out of the estate all the time and the sound of machines running is just part of the background noise we hear every day. It is mostly just a large open floor with the materials we use and a small corner partitioned off for the office paperwork. The roads throughout the estate can be a bit bumpy and full of holes especially after it rains. We spend our days coordinating orders and making sure the polytex is handled and stored correctly. There is not much to see here other than the work itself. We usually eat our lunch together in the office and then get right back to the tasks. It gets quite dusty because of all the truck activity in Mahuakhera Ganj but we have gotten used to it over the years. The people working here have been with us for a long time and we just get through the daily chores together. It is a very practical setup without any decorative stuff on the walls. It is just a place to work and run the business day by day.
