Patel Enterprises

Up here in the Selaqui Industrial Area, things feel a bit different than the big city. We are at Plot No. 40 in Pharma City, and you can actually see the greenery around us when the morning mist clears. At Patel Enterprises, our days usually start with the sound of trucks pulling into the yard. It’s an industrial zone, so there’s always something moving, but it feels a bit more open here. Our building is a solid, no-nonsense structure. We don't have any art on the walls or expensive carpets. Instead, we have shelves and shelves of supplies and a few sturdy workbenches that have been through a lot. The team is mostly local people from around Dehradun. We talk about the weather and the mountain roads as much as we talk about the work. Sometimes the internet is slow because of our location, but we find other ways to stay busy. We take our lunch breaks together, often sitting outside if it’s not too cold. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just answer the phone, take down what’s needed, and make sure it gets packed right. It’s a quiet kind of busy. There is a lot of pride in just getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been at this plot for a good while now, and we know every corner of the warehouse by heart.
