Our business is located at Plot No. 11 on Raja Road. We are directly opposite the Punjab National Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us. Parkash Nath Ambrish Kumar Jain is a family-run operation and has been for a long time. We mostly handle wholesale goods, and our shop is usually filled with bags and boxes of inventory. It’s not a modern office or a sleek store; it’s more of a traditional setup where we’ve done business for decades. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with customers to worry about that. Raja Road is a central spot, so there’s always people walking by and traffic noise. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us since our fathers were running the place. We don’t have a website or do any online selling. Most of our deals happen face-to-face over a cup of tea. It’s how things have always worked for us. We keep a ledger for everything and try to stay organized, even if the desk looks a bit buried in papers sometimes. The days are long, starting early in the morning and going until late evening. We just focus on providing what the local retailers need and keeping the business steady. It’s a humble way of working, but it’s kept us going through all these years in this same spot on Raja Road.
