Pahadididaa Foundation

Our setup is in Flat 704, which is in the Ganga-2 building over at Windlass River Valley. If you know Kuwawala in Dehradun, then you know it’s a bit of a stretch from the middle of the city but it’s growing fast. Being on the seventh floor gives a decent view of the surroundings. Pahadididaa Foundation isn't some massive corporation with floors of people. It’s just us working out of this flat. The elevators here work most of the time which is good when you’re carrying supplies or paperwork up and down. We settled into this spot in 248001 because it felt right for the kind of work we wanted to do in Uttarakhand. The apartment complex is pretty big, so sometimes people get lost looking for the right tower, but once they find Ganga-2, it's easy. It’s a busy life living and working in a place like this. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the kitchen table getting through the day's chores. There isn't much formality here. We just drink our tea and look at what needs finishing before the sun goes down. It's a practical way to run things. We like being tucked away in this corner of Dehradun. It gets the job done and keeps us close to what’s happening in the local area.
