Morpheus Search Network

We've been here at Dhamawala Bazar for a bit now. Siddharth Mittal runs things from number 28. It’s a busy spot in Dehra Dun, right in the thick of the market where everything happens. We mostly handle finding people for jobs, what they call a search network. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at files on our desks. The traffic outside can get really loud in the afternoons, but we’re used to the noise by now. People stop by sometimes just to ask about work or leave a paper. We don't have a big reception desk or some fancy waiting room. Just desks, computers, and a lot of lists. It gets pretty cold here in the winters, so we usually keep the tea going all day to stay warm. Most of the people we work with are local from around town, but we deal with others from further out too. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing because it feels fake. We just try to help folks find where they need to go next in their careers. It’s pretty straightforward. If you know the bazar area, you know exactly where we are located. It’s been a few years of this now. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here in Uttranchal. It's just us doing our bit.
