Our small office and workspace is located in Modipuram, right on the Haridwar Bypass Road. We are situated very near the Bikanerwala Restaurant, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The traffic on the bypass is usually pretty heavy, so there is always a bit of background noise from the trucks and cars passing by. We have been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s not a very fancy building, just a practical place where we keep our tools and stock. Most of our days are spent going through inventory or talking to people who drop in because they need something specific for their projects. We deal with technical parts, and our shelves are mostly full of boxes and metal components. Sometimes the shop gets a bit disorganized when we are busy, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day stuff. We usually start the morning with a cup of tea and then get to work on whatever orders came in. It can get quite warm in the afternoons, especially with the sun hitting the front of the shop. We don’t do much in terms of advertising or big signs. Most people just know we are here because they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s a simple way to run a business.
