M.K.Hospital

M.K. Hospital is situated on Subhash Road, near Convent Road, right in the heart of Dehradun. It’s a well-known spot, especially being so close to the GPO. The building has been here for a long time and has that solid, older feel to it. It’s not one of those modern, clinical-looking places; it feels more like part of the old city. We have several beds and different areas for various treatments. The hallways can be a bit dark, but we have plenty of lights. There’s a steady flow of people coming in from the surrounding hills and the town itself. During the winter, it gets quite cold, so we have to make sure everyone stays warm enough. We have a small team of doctors and nurses who have been working here for years. They know the layout by heart. The reception area is usually busy with people asking questions or checking in. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a place where medical work gets done every day. Outside, the road is always active with cars and pedestrians heading toward the main markets. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to switch over to the generator, which makes a bit of a hum. It’s all part of the daily life here. We’re just a local hospital trying to take care of the people who walk through our doors.
