Mammat Group ( A Real Comfort )

Up here in Mussoorie, you can find us at 6 George Head Estate Library, right on the Mall Road. We call the business Mammat Group (A Real Comfort). We are situated pretty close to the State Bank of India, which is where most people end up at some point when they are walking through the Mall. Being on the Mall Road means it is always noisy with tourists and locals, especially during the peak season when the weather is nice. Our place is a spot where we try to manage things without getting too stressed by the crowds outside. We deal with various things, but mostly it's about making sure people have a comfortable time while they are visiting the hills. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our records and talk to people who come in. We have been in Mussoorie for quite a while, so we've seen the town change a lot. The winters are cold and the office can get a bit drafty, but we are used to it. We just focus on the work at hand, whether it is answering the phone or helping someone figure out where they are going next. It’s a small operation and we do things our own way. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything stays moving along. Sometimes we step out for a quick tea when things are quiet.
