Our office is tucked away at 201 Priyalok Phase 3 in Sewla Kala Majra. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main city, which helps when we need to focus on the technical stuff. We deal with energy setups and technical drawings all day. Usually, the desk is covered in papers and half-finished cups of tea that someone forgot to drink. It’s just a regular group of us working here. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking on the phone with people about their power needs. The neighborhood around Priyalok Phase 3 is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just end up chatting about whatever happened over the weekend until it comes back. It isn't a huge corporate building with glass walls. It’s just a functional space where we handle the business of Raysteeds Energy. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we grab our afternoon snacks. Most of our day is spent checking numbers and making sure the projects are moving along. We don't dress up in suits unless there’s a really big reason to. Usually, it’s just jeans and shirts. It feels more like a small community here than a big company. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it feels like home. Our day ends when the work is finished, not just when the clock says so.
