Lauren Organic Ltd. is situated out in Vill-Bhaonsi. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the main town, but that’s the whole point when you’re dealing with organic products. We aren't a massive factory with smoke coming out of the chimneys or big noisy machines. Instead, we have a quiet spot where we process and pack what we handle. The air is a bit cleaner out here than in the city, and we really like the slower pace of life that comes with being in a village. Most of our staff are locals from around here who know the land and the crops very well. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy corporate office with air conditioning. Our daily routine involves checking the stock and making sure everything is handled properly according to our own simple standards. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes the dusty roads or the weather makes things difficult, but we stick to it every day. We don't use those high-pressure sales tactics or fancy brochures. We just figure that if people want genuine organic products, they will find their way to us or give us a call. The office is just a small room with a desk and some old filing cabinets for our records. We spend a lot more time on our feet than sitting down. It’s a straightforward, quiet life out here in Bhaonsi. We aren't trying to be anything we're not.
