Ecofresh Organic

You can find Ecofresh Organic over at Shop No. 12 in Lakshmi Plaza. We’re located at number 64 on Gandhi Road. It’s a decent spot, though parking on Gandhi Road can be a real headache some days. Our shop is small, and we try to keep it clean, but when the deliveries come in, there are crates everywhere. We have a small fridge in the back where we keep our own lunch, but usually, we just end up eating something from the street vendors outside. We deal with organic products, so we spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure everything is fresh. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who take turns behind the counter and stocking the shelves. We’ve had customers tell us they had a hard time finding the plaza at first, but once you see the big sign for number 64, it’s easy enough. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. If people want to buy something, they do. We like chatting with the regulars who come in every week for their groceries. The air conditioning in the shop is a bit temperamental, so it’s either freezing or a bit too warm, but we haven't gotten around to calling the repairman yet. We just focus on the food and the products we carry. It’s a quiet kind of business, and we prefer it that way. We just keep the shop open and see who walks through the door every morning.
