Over at 49, Ganga Ashram in Mayakund, that’s where Kja Business Ventures Llp is located. It’s right there in Rishikesh, which is a place many people know for the river and the peace. Our office is pretty simple. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts. It’s just a few desks and some chairs where we sit and figure out our ventures. We called it a venture because we like to try different things, not just one specific trade. Sometimes we’re busy with one project, and then next week it’s something else. That keeps it interesting for us. We’ve been in Dehradun district for a long time, and Rishikesh is a good home base. Being near Mayakund means we see a lot of people passing through our neighborhood. We aren't one of those firms that only talks to big-time clients. We’re happy to talk to anyone who stops by the ashram area. It’s a bit dusty sometimes, and the noise from the street comes in through the windows, but we don't mind. It feels real. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just say what we can do and what we can't. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the work at hand and try to make sure we don't make too many mistakes along the way. That’s just how we operate every day at Ganga Ashram.
