Kataria Associates

Kataria Associates is located over at 31/1, Race Course Road. We are right in the Race Course area of Dehradun, not far from Amrik Hall. It is a good part of town to be in. We’ve been operating from here for quite a few years now. Our team is small, and we mostly spend our time dealing with property matters and consultancy stuff. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and going through folders of documents. We also spend a fair amount of time out of the office, meeting people or visiting sites nearby. The office itself is pretty simple. We have the usual desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just want to get the work done right. People in the neighborhood know us, and we get a lot of folks just dropping in to ask a quick question about a plot or a building plan. Race Course Road can get busy, but our office stays fairly quiet most of the time. We handle the local paperwork and the practical side of property development. It is honest work and we have been doing it long enough to know the ins and outs of the local rules. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the tasks at hand for our neighbors in the city.
