Our office is situated at 6/45 Ashirwad Enclave on Ballupur Road in Dehra Dun. Being here in the valley, the air feels a bit different than the plains. We have been part of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. at this location for a while now. The enclave is a quiet residential area, so it’s a nice place to come to work every morning. Our building is a simple structure that we have adapted over time. We use the space to coordinate our local projects and keep our records in order. It’s not a flashy corporate headquarters. It’s more of a functional hub where we handle the day-to-day grit. You’ll see desks covered in maps and schedules, and there is usually a pot of tea going in the back. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets on display. We rely on good old-fashioned hard work and staying organized. Sometimes the monkeys from the trees nearby cause a bit of a stir, but we just carry on with our chores. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the Dehra Dun area well. We don't feel the need to act like a big city firm. We just do our jobs, talk to our clients, and make sure things are running smoothly. It’s a practical, honest way to run an office. We appreciate the steady pace of life on Ballupur Road.
