Our place is situated at 40 Chander Nagar in Dehra Dun. We are easy to find because we are right behind the local jail. It’s a landmark that everyone in the area knows. The pin code here is 248001. We’ve been operating in this part of Uttaranchal for a good while now. The air is a bit fresher here than down in the cities, though it gets quite cold in the winter months. We have a simple office with a few desks and a lot of storage boxes for our files. We deal with float glass, so there is always a bit of worry about things breaking, but we’ve gotten good at handling it over the years. We don't have any fancy receptionists or a lobby with a television. It's just a front door that leads right into the work area. We spend most of the day on the phone or talking to people who walk in. The postman comes by around noon every day, and that’s usually when we take our first break. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to get through the day's work and make sure everyone is happy with what they got. It’s a small operation and we like keeping it that way. We know our customers by name and they know us. It’s a decent way to live.
