Indira Nagar is a nice spot because it’s a mix of where people live and where businesses are starting to pop up more. Our office is right in the middle of that. It’s a quiet residential kind of feeling, which we appreciate. We don’t have to deal with the crazy traffic of the main market every single day. The building is a simple structure. Inside, we have everything we need to stay busy. We have a few rooms dedicated to our work, and there’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere. We aren't really into the whole "corporate image" thing. We just wear comfortable clothes and do our jobs. Most of us have been working here together for a while, so we know each other's habits. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking on the phone. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the windows. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s an honest way to spend the day. The colony is peaceful, and that helps us stay focused on the details of our tasks. We like being part of this local community.
