Hi- Tech Poly Pack Industries

Our place is located at Khasra No. 1009 in Jamanpur. It’s a bit out of the way, but we like it that way because there’s enough room for all the equipment. Hi- Tech Poly Pack Industries has been here for a good bit of time now. The building is just a standard shed, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's usually loud because of the packaging work going on. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. They know exactly how the machines sound when they’re running well. If something sounds off, someone usually grabs a wrench and fixes it pretty quick. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. Jamanpur is a quiet area mostly, though the dust can be a bit much in the summer. We keep the doors open for some air, even if it gets a bit messy. It's a practical way to run things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the orders moving. Dealing with poly packs means a lot of stacking and moving boxes around. My hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift, but that's part of the job. It's honest work and we just get on with it every morning. It’s just a normal business with regular people working inside.
