Our small business is based in Kulhan, right along Sahastradhara Road. We focus on food products that are a bit more natural and healthy. It’s a quiet spot compared to the center of the city, which we like. The air feels a bit fresher up here. We don't have a massive factory or a corporate headquarters. It’s just a simple setup where we handle everything from sourcing the ingredients to packing the final bags. A few of us spend the day checking the quality of the grains and snacks we put out. We aren't into big marketing slogans or fancy packaging. We just want to provide food that isn't loaded with chemicals. Sometimes we are busy trying out a new recipe or a different way of drying fruit. It’s a lot of trial and error. Our office area is mostly just a few chairs, a computer for orders, and stacks of shipping boxes waiting to go out. We get a lot of local people from Dehradun who know about us and come by to see what’s new. It’s a very relaxed environment, though we do work hard to get everything shipped on time. We’ve been at this Sahastradhara Road location for a while and it suits us well. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make some decent food and run an honest local business for people who care.
