Hariom Organic Farming Private Limited

Our main office is in Gopaljee House, which is located at 1-Kali Mandir Enclave on GMS Road. It’s a fairly easy place to find once you get into the enclave. We deal with organic farming, so a lot of our time isn't actually spent in the office but out visiting fields and talking to the people who grow the food. When we are at Gopaljee House, we are usually busy with the administrative side of things, like permits and shipping schedules. GMS Road is a busy area, but the enclave itself is a bit more tucked away, which is nice. We started this because we wanted to be involved in the way food is produced. It’s a lot of hard work and there are no shortcuts when you’re doing organic farming. You have to deal with pests and weather without using the easy chemical fixes. Our team here is pretty small, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the door or filing paperwork. The office is simple and doesn't have much in the way of decoration. We prefer to focus on the quality of the seeds and the produce we handle. It’s been a long journey getting this set up, and we take it one day at a time. We’re just regular people trying to run a business that makes sense to us. The rainy days are the toughest because everything gets muddy, but we keep the floors clean.
