Our business is based near Bhatelia Tiraha, which is in Gram Sunkhiya Patti in Nainital. It is a very scenic part of the country, though our office is pretty basic and focused on the work at hand. Being at the Tiraha means we are right at a junction where there is always some local activity. We handle things as a private limited company, mostly dealing with the daily operations from this spot in Uttarakhand. The air is fresh up here, but the winters can get quite cold, so we often have a small heater running in the corner of the room. Our office isn't decorated with anything fancy. It is mostly just shelves of records, some sturdy wooden desks, and our computers. We have to deal with the occasional power cut or slow internet, which is just part of living in the hills. We have a few local staff members who come in from the nearby villages. Everyone knows each other around here, so work often involves a bit of chatting with people who stop by. We aren't doing anything overly complicated, just making sure the company stays on track and the paperwork is filed on time. It is a very grounded way to work, far away from the big city rush. We just take things one day at a time and make sure the radiance we talk about is reflected in our honest work. It is quiet in the evenings when the traffic at the Tiraha dies down.
