We are based in Subhash Nagar, right inside the Krishna Market area. You can find us at Sitaram Khantwal’s place, which is near Bhagat Singh Lane No-10. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside. We can hear the sounds of the market all day long, from people bargaining to the motorbikes zooming past. Our office is tucked away in a corner, so it stays relatively quiet once you step inside. We handle online services, which basically means we are glued to our computer screens for most of the day. It’s a small team of us here. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a strict dress code. We just wear whatever is comfortable. There is usually a pile of papers on every desk and a few empty tea cups lying around. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time and we like being part of the local community. Most of the other shop owners know us well. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished corporate image. We just rely on doing our work and letting people find us through word of mouth. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to take a break, but we usually just use that time to catch up on some talk. It’s a very down-to-earth way to run a business.
