Everbright Masala

We are located at House No. 116/96 in Mohobeewala. It is a fairly convenient spot because we are right near the RTO Checkpost. Because of that, there are always trucks idling nearby or pulling over, so the air is often thick with exhaust fumes and the sound of heavy engines. At Everbright Masala, we spend most of our time dealing with different types of ground spices. The house isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we stack the containers. Some days the dust from the grinders gets everywhere, and we all end up with a bit of a cough by lunchtime. We usually have the radio playing in the background to drown out the noise from the checkpost traffic. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We don't have any big corporate policies; we just try to get the orders filled and the floor swept before we head home. The RTO area is always busy, so there’s never a dull moment looking out the front door. We've been here long enough that the local drivers know where to find us if they need something. It’s just a regular local operation, nothing more, nothing less. We deal with the heat, the noise, and the spice dust every day, and that's just how life goes for us in Mohobeewala.
