Elixir Health Care

We’ve been at D- 87 Park Road for a while now, running Elixir Health Care. Park Road is usually a busy place, but our little spot stays fairly focused. It’s not a giant hospital or anything like that. It’s more of a local place where we handle healthcare needs in a way that feels more personal. Most days start with us opening up the doors and checking the schedule. D-87 isn't hard to find if you know the area. We have a few rooms where we see people and keep our supplies. It’s nothing like those big corporate centers you see in the magazines. We have old desks and the floor has some scuffs from all the people walking in and out. But it works for us. We spend a lot of time talking to the folks who come in. You get to know the neighbors when you’re on Park Road this long. Sometimes we run behind because a conversation goes longer than expected, but that’s just how we operate. We don’t like to rush things. It’s important to us that people feel like they’re being heard. The building itself is just a standard place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just us trying to help out with health stuff. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Just a few of us doing the work day in and day out. We have been here long enough that the place really feels like home to us.
