Elane Clinic

Our clinic is located on 3Cross Road, right near the Clock Tower and Drashan Lal Chowk. It is a very central spot, so there are always people walking by and noise from the market. If you stand outside Elane Clinic, you can hear the bells and the traffic from the chowk all day long. The building is an older one and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for what we need. We have a small waiting room with some mismatched chairs and a fan that squeaks a little bit when it’s on the high setting. Drashan Lal Chowk is a landmark around here, so no one ever gets lost trying to find us. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know each other's habits and how we like our tea. It is a simple setup. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; we still have a lot of paper files in those metal cabinets. It feels more real that way. People come in with their kids or their parents and we just chat while we work. It is a local business and we don't try to make it seem like anything more than that. It's just a place on 3Cross Road where you can stop in when you need to see someone about a cough or a fever.
