Dsr Dairy Foods is located at I-147 in Nehru Colony, Dehradun. We work with milk and dairy products every single day. If you know Nehru Colony, you know it’s a residential spot, so we try to keep things quiet, but dairy work involves a lot of crates and clinking bottles. It’s hard to stay completely silent when the milk trucks arrive in the morning. We aren't a giant factory. We are just a small team operating out of this Uttarakhand location. The floors are usually a bit wet because of all the cleaning we have to do. Keeping things sanitary is the main thing we worry about. We don't have a fancy office with big windows. Our space is mostly taken up by refrigerators and cooling units that hum all day and night. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to scramble to keep everything cold, which is always a bit stressful. But that is just part of the dairy life. We don't spend our time writing big advertisements or trying to sound important. We just focus on the milk, the curd, and the cream. Most of our neighbors know us, and we try to be good members of the community. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We just want to provide the basic stuff that people need for their tea and breakfast. It’s a steady job, and it keeps us busy from dawn until dusk. That is pretty much all there is to it.
