Drona Travels

Drona Travels is tucked away at number 45 on Gandhi Road. We operate right out of Hotel Dhrona, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Dehradun. Gandhi Road is always humming with people, vendors, and cars. It's one of those places where you really feel the pulse of the city. Our little office inside the hotel is where everything happens. We handle a lot of the travel stuff for people staying at the hotel, but plenty of folks just walk in off the street too. It’s a busy environment. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at train and bus schedules. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to do things the old-fashioned way. We’ve been here for a good while, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The staff here are all local guys who grew up in these lanes. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place for people to sort out their journeys. When the sun goes down, the lights on Gandhi Road get bright, and the evening rush starts. That’s usually when we’re busiest, trying to finalize plans for the next morning. It’s hard work, but being right in the middle of Dehradun makes it interesting every single day.
