Being near the chowk means it’s easy for everyone to find us, but it also means the traffic outside is always loud. The clinic is a simple space that has been serving the Dehradun city area for a long time. Dr. Gupta is usually in his cabin from the morning onwards. We have a small waiting room that often fills up with people from the surrounding neighborhoods. It’s not a fancy medical center with high-tech gadgets everywhere. We have the essential equipment and a comfortable enough place for people to wait. We use a simple ledger for our patient records. It’s a bit traditional, but it works for us. The building is one of the older ones on Chakrata Road, so it has a bit of character. We don't do any marketing or put up big billboards. Most of our patients come to us because their parents or friends recommended Dr. Gupta. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere, even when we are very busy.
