Dhiman Brahman Foundation

Our office is in Nya Gaodevipura in Sitapur. It’s a local neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. The foundation isn't a big corporate entity with a lot of rules and regulations. It’s just a few of us who wanted to get organized and help out in the area. We don't have a big building or a lot of staff. Most of our work is done in a couple of rooms that we’ve converted into an office space. Sitapur can be a busy place, but our corner is relatively calm most of the time. We don't have a polished way of doing things. If you visit us, you’ll see we’re just regular people. We often have tea together while we discuss our plans for the week. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. People usually find us through word of mouth, which is how we like it. The office is simple, with some old desks and chairs, but it serves its purpose perfectly. We don't have a big marketing strategy or a social media manager. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, and other times we’re out in the community. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy titles. We just do the work that needs doing every day. It's not flashy, but it's what we know.
