D Zire Tour & Travels

D Zire Tour & Travels is tucked away in Lane Number 25, over in Amit Gram, Gumaniwala. It’s near the bypass road, which is handy for getting out of Rishikesh without getting stuck in the downtown mess. We aren't in the touristy part of town, so we get a lot of local residents as well as people who are staying in the quieter outskirts. The office is basically part of the neighborhood. You’ll see cows walking by and kids playing in the lane. We started this because we saw a need for reliable rides in this part of Dehradoon district. It’s a family-run thing, and we don't have a big flashy storefront. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We handle all sorts of trips, from quick runs to the station to long hauls. Our English isn't perfect, and we don't have a polished sales pitch. We just talk to you like a person. If we can do the trip, we’ll say so. If the car is in the shop, we’ll tell you that too. The bypass road makes it easy for us to head towards Dehradun or Haridwar quickly. It’s a quiet life here compared to the main ghats, and we like it that way. We spend our days coordinating with drivers and making sure the fuel is topped up. It’s just regular work for us, nothing more and nothing less than keeping the business going.
