D Spices

We are located in the Prem Nagar area, which is quite close to the Indian Military Academy. It is a decent spot to be in, and you often see the cadets out and about. D Spices is not a very large company, just a small place where we handle different kinds of spice blends. We have a few benches where we sit and sort through the raw ingredients like cloves and cinnamon sticks. The work is slow and steady. We don't have high-tech gadgets or a big marketing department. Usually, it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional car driving past outside. We keep our spices in large metal bins to keep them dry. Dehradun weather can be a bit damp sometimes, so we have to be careful about that. Most of our days are spent weighing out portions and chatting with the locals who come in. We don't really have a grand vision or a fancy mission statement. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure we don't run out of stock. Sometimes we help each other out with the heavy lifting when a new shipment arrives. It is a simple life, and we are fine with that. The shop doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is where we spend all our time. We just do the work that needs doing and go home when the sun sets. There isn't much more to it than that.
