Crystal Micro Foundation

Crystal Micro Foundation is located over in Dhakrani Colony, specifically in Ward 8 of the Dehat area in Dehradun. We share space with Rakesh Gupta’s place, so it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the right door. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood, mostly families and small shops around. We focus on micro-level stuff, which basically means we look at the small details that other people might overlook. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up to talk about the day's tasks. We handle a lot of small-scale projects. It involves a lot of walking around the colony and talking to the people living here. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team trying to keep things moving. Sometimes we run out of stationary or the printer jams right when we need it, but that’s just how it goes. Dehradun weather can be unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time either hiding from the rain or the heat while we work. We don't have fancy titles or anything. Everyone just chips in with whatever needs doing at the moment. It is a bit cramped in the office when everyone is there at once, but we make it work.
