We are located in the Dalanwala area of Dehradun, specifically on New Pritam Road. Our building number is 8, though some older records say 16. It’s right near the Mohini Road Gurudwara and sits just opposite Ganpati Kunj. This part of Uttarakhand is quite nice, with a lot of trees and a bit of a quiet feel compared to the main city. We work on organic projects here. Our office isn't very big, and it's full of samples, papers, and books about farming and natural stuff. We spend a lot of time talking to people who grow things. The team is just a handful of folks who care about how food is made. We don't have any shiny logos on the walls or expensive furniture. Most of our stuff is functional and a bit old. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the power goes out, but that’s just life in Dehradun. We just keep working through it. People often stop by to ask questions or just to see what we're up to. We don't mind the company. It's a friendly place. We try to stay organized, but with so many different projects, the desks usually have stacks of notes on them. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and feel like part of the neighborhood. It’s a simple setup for a simple goal. We just do our work and go home. We usually close up around six in the evening.
