Wish- Express Courier Cargo is tucked away in Lane 5 of Indra Colony, over in the Chukhuwala area. We’re quite close to the post office, which is handy for some of our errands. The office is usually full of boxes and envelopes of all sizes. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, trying to walk from the door to the back desk without tripping over a package someone just dropped off. We spend a lot of time checking tracking numbers and making sure the delivery drivers have their routes sorted before they head out. It’s a fast-paced environment, but not in a corporate way—more like a controlled chaos. The phone rings constantly with people asking where their stuff is. We do our best to give them an honest answer, even if the news is that a truck got a flat tire or the weather slowed things down. Chukhuwala is a bit of a tight spot for bigger vans, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. Some days the rain makes everything difficult, and we have to worry about keeping the cargo dry. We aren't a massive global corporation; we’re just a local team trying to move things from point A to point B. It’s a lot of lifting and scanning. By the end of the shift, we’re usually pretty tired, but there’s always more coming in the next morning. We just keep the tea kettle going and handle the parcels as they arrive.
