Gram Jhajra is where we set up Asld Business Management Private Limited. We are right near the police chowki, so it’s easy to find if you’re in the area. Most people in Dehradun know Jhajra is a bit outside the main rush, which we find helpful for getting work done. We handle management stuff, but we don't make it sound more complicated than it is. It’s basically just keeping things organized and making sure the numbers add up for the day. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team of real people. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we leave early if the sun is out and the work is finished. We don't have any polished slogans or corporate values posters on the wall. Our value is just doing the job we said we would do. The office is plain, and the chairs might squeak a little, but it’s our space. We’ve been here at this 248001 address for a while now. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys at the chowki. It feels like we belong here. We don’t try to act like we’re from some big city high-rise. We are just local managers trying to help other local businesses stay on track and keep their paperwork in good order. It's hard work but it keeps us busy and we like the neighborhood a lot.
