Aparnam Nidhi Limited is based at 103/3 in Old Nehru Colony, Dehradun. It’s an older part of the city, and our building fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while, and the locals know the address well. The office is simple and stays cool even when the Dehradun summers get a bit warm. We spend most of our time at our desks, working through the files and talking to the people who drop by. It’s a quiet residential feel around here, which makes for a peaceful working environment most of the time. We don't have a big reception desk with a phone that never stops ringing. Instead, it’s just us and our ledgers. If someone walks in, they usually just pull up a chair and start talking. We find that works better than being all formal. Our paperwork is handled carefully, and we make sure the records are kept safe in the cabinets. Sometimes we take a walk down the street to get some snacks or talk to the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a small-scale operation, and we like it that way. No one is trying to impress anyone with big titles or corporate jargon. We’re just here to do the job we set out to do in Old Nehru Colony. It’s a steady rhythm of life and work that suits us just fine every single day.
