Our place is on Karguan Road, right in the Medical area. Being near other clinics means people are always passing by. Anand Hospital And Urologist Centre is the full name, but most folks just say "the urology place on Karguan." It’s a specialized setup, so we see a lot of the same types of issues every day. The building isn't brand new, and the stairs might creak a little, but it serves the purpose. We have a small waiting area that gets crowded around mid-day. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the schedule gets a bit messy when an emergency comes in. That’s just the way it is in a hospital. The doctors and the nurses here have been working together for a long time, so they have their own way of doing things that doesn't always follow a corporate manual. It’s more of a personal touch. We know where everything is, even if the filing system looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. People come here because they need specific help, and we do what we can with the tools we have. It’s honest work. We don’t have a fancy lobby with coffee machines or anything like that. Just a counter, some chairs, and the treatment rooms. It’s simple, it’s local, and it’s been on Karguan Road for quite a while now. We just keep our heads down and focus on the patients.
