Aketa Motor Driving School

We run the driving school out of Adhoiwala-2 in Dehradun. The main office is right near the Sahastradhara Crossing, which is a pretty well-known spot for anyone living around here. It’s a busy junction, so there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been teaching people how to drive for a long time now. The office is simple, just a place to sign up and talk about schedules. We have a couple of cars that we keep parked nearby. Most of the work happens out on the roads anyway. It’s a local business, and we know most of the people in the neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just hear about us from their neighbors or see our cars with the "L" signs driving around. The GPO is not too far away either. Dehradun has changed a lot over the years with more traffic, but we still use the same old routes to teach the basics. It’s a straightforward job. We help people get comfortable behind the wheel so they can pass their tests. The Sahastradhara road gets crowded in the evenings, so we try to plan our lessons accordingly. It’s just us here, a few instructors and the office desk. We keep it honest and try to make sure everyone learns properly without any fuss. It is a good way to meet the young people in town.
