Aeternumgrace Foundation

You can find Aeternumgrace Foundation over at D-214 in the Bairaj Colony. It’s in the Pashulok area of Rishikesh. Susma Singh is usually there if you need to talk. Being in Rishikesh is nice because of the river and the trees, but we aren't here for a holiday. Aeternumgrace Foundation came about because we noticed quite a few people in Dehradun having a hard time with the basics. Our place is not big. It’s basically just a few rooms that we’ve converted into a working space. It can get pretty hot in the summer, and the fan in the main room is a bit noisy. We don't mind it though. Usually, we're too busy to notice. Most of our work is about helping families get through the month. A big mission statement isn't on the wall. We just look at what needs to be done today and try to do it. It might be helping someone with a medical bill or finding clothes for kids. There aren't a lot of rules about who we help. If someone is in a bad spot, we try to assist. Sometimes enough supplies aren't available to go around, which is the hardest part. But we do what we can with what's available. It’s a small operation, run by people who live right here in the colony. Neighbors helping neighbors is what we are all about.
