Adgento Digital Private Limited is based in Suite 203H at the Doon Express Business Park here in Dehradun. It’s one of those modern business blocks, but our office feels more like a workshop. We do digital things, which means a lot of time spent on computers. We have a small team of people who actually enjoy this stuff. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group trying to do good work. The suite is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot going on. We have desks everywhere and cables running across the floor. It’s not the neatest place, but it’s where we feel at home. The business park is a busy place, so there’s always people moving around. We like the energy of it. We started this because we wanted to build something of our own in Uttarakhand. It hasn't always been easy to find clients, but we’ve slowly built a reputation. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build websites and manage digital projects. It’s technical work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near the deadline. We usually order some food and just power through. It’s a simple way of working. No big corporate politics here. Just us and our screens, trying to make things work the way they should.
