Accretion Events

Our shop is at NCR Residency, Shop No. 3, right on GMS Road. If you’re looking for us, we’re directly across from St Jude’s School. It’s a lively spot, especially when the school bell rings and the kids are everywhere. We spend our days surrounded by samples of fabrics, flower arrangements, and sketches for different parties. It’s a small space, so it often looks like a mess with ribbons and balloons half-inflated on the floor. We do everything from small birthday parties to bigger weddings, but mostly we’re just here on the phone coordinating with decorators and caterers. It’s a lot of stress when an event is coming up, and we’re often here late into the night making sure everything is ready. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who like putting things together. The shop window is usually decorated with whatever we have left over from the last job. Sometimes parents from the school pop in just to ask for advice on a small get-together. It’s a bit of a juggling act, trying to keep all the schedules straight while the shop is full of decorations. We just like seeing a project come to life from a few simple ideas. It’s rewarding when the event goes off without any major disasters, and we can finally sit down for a minute and have a cold drink.
